About Me

Diet is one of the most important elements of Ayurveda. It is how our bodies absorb the right healing nutrients to maintain a healthy, peaceful internal balance. Since every human’s needs are different, it’s important to approach food individually, starting with what will harmonize your dosha.

I have been in the kitchen as long as I can remember. I grew up around amazing cooks my mother my grandmother my OMA who I miss dearly, and my aunt who was an amazing cook. My family is originally from Germany in my youth everything was made from scratch. It was a great foundation for my attraction to the kitchen and food. In my teenage years I worked in a couple really nice restaurants while I was still in high school.

Fast forward when I was 18 I joined the US Navy and attended class A and class C culinary school which prepared me to eventuality become the personal chef to the captain of the US Midway aircraft carrier for 3 years. That was an incredible experience my ship was stationed in Japan, which was amazing .

When I left the Military I took up another passion to be a hairdresser that journey lasted more than 30 amazing and very successful years. The beauty industry was extremely good to me and I became a leader in my field for 20 years.

Three years ago a very dear friend of mine introduced me to the world of Ayurveda and I have not looked back since. I have always been a very spiritual person and felt very in touch to the spiritual world. I have been reading and studying the science of Ayurveda (The Science of Life) ever since. It is for me like a complete 360 bringing me back to the beginning of my life as a chef.

Having the opportunity to study Ayurveda with Dr. Naina Marballi who is a 40 year veteran, Practitioner and teacher. I have become a member of the AADP {American Association of Drugless Practitioners}. It gives me great pleasure to bring this incredible scared information, the science of Ayurveda to each and every one of my private clients.

The beauty of Ayurveda is that it is very tailored to each and every individual making it a very customized health plan. With peace in my spirit, it is my goal to bring the ultimate balance through proper food and nutrition to each client’s individual health journey.
